This Leadership Summit is an energizing, interactive experience designed to strengthen our Chapter and chart the path forward, together.
We’ll kick off the day by celebrating our volunteers during a Commitment and Appreciation Ceremony, recognizing the dedication and leadership that drive our Chapter’s success. From there, participants will jump into a fast-paced team-building challenge, working in teams to design and build a bridge that highlights collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.
In the afternoon, we’ll turn our collective energy toward the future. Through an engaging strategic planning session, attendees will actively review and contribute to the Chapter’s Strategic Plan—helping define priorities, initiatives, and goals that will guide us in the years ahead. This is not a passive discussion—your ideas, insights, and leadership are essential.
